What you will need:

Curtain Ring

Glue (preferably heavy duty glue – fast drying)

Ribbon (whatever colour you like – I’m using rainbow ribbon)

embellishments of your choosing (see ideas below)

First get a Curtain Hoop/Ring (you can buy these in lots of 20 from Argos).

Then glue your ribbon to the hoop.

Wind the ribbon round the hoop as tightly as possible.

Then glue it to finish it off.

Then Chose your embellishments. I chose little lights (see below)
